ARRIVALS: Begin at 9 A.M. on Saturday.  Office will open at 10 A.M.

If you are not camping in your trailer please park trailers on the left side of the driveway. The spots on the right are reserved for trailers connecting to RV hookups.

LODGING: There are not many hotels nearby, but many Airbnb and private home rentals are close, affordable, and very nice.

FOOD: Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch will be provided for all competitors.  Additional meals can be purchased during registration.  Saturday night will be Mexican and we should be able to accommodate most food allergies with the menu.  Sunday lunch will be pizza and popsicles.  There will probably not be any other options.

CAMPING / RV HOOKUP:  RV hookups for camping are available onsite for $35 a night.

STABLING: Stabling on grounds are included with your entry.  We are providing bulk bedding.  After rally has concluded, stalls must be stripped and swept before leaving.

Remember to bring and post your stall cards and feed charts!

TACK & FEED STALLS: There will be one tack room per team and one feed room per team.

TEAMS: Teams may consist of 3 or 4 riders, plus 1 stable manager.  Teams will be of mixed ratings, ages, and/or divisions. The Organizer will put together scramble teams. Teams may be adjusted according to entries, if needed, in order to preserve continuity.

CHAPERONES: Each team requires a chaperone.  The form may be found here.

COACHING: Coaches are required for Riding, but are optional for all other phases. Each phase coordinator is happy to assist and lead a short warm-up session.  All coaches must sign a coaching form.  Please email to the secretary prior to rally.  The form does have some errors, referencing dressage rally.  Coaches must be familiar with Tetrathlon Rulebook for 2024.

RIDING:  We plan on doing 2 separate jump rounds, back-to-back.  One round will contain the slip rail.  The other round will contain the gate.

GUNS / SHOOTING PHASE:  If you are sharing a gun, please list the name(s) of anyone else using the gun on your entry form!  Shooting will be our first phase on Saturday, so you do not have to bring your gun to Check in. Just bring it with you when you come to shooting.  You should be using 0.177 caliber match shooting lead pellets with a flat head.  Pellets will be loaded one at a time.

SWIMMING VENUE:  Aiken YMCA.

Competitors can change in locker rooms.  Showers will be available!

ATTIRE:  Pony Club pin, medical armband, and pinney (which will be provided at check-in) are required to be worn at all times during rally. The pin and medical armband may only be removed (and kept nearby) for running and swimming phases.  The pinney may be removed for the swimming and shooting phases.

Dress for All Phases needs to be appropriate for the weather conditions.  This is a rain or shine event.  Remember a one-piece swimsuit, goggles, swim cap, flip flops and towel for the pool.  Tennis shoes for Running!  It is important to always change back into appropriate footwear before  going back to the barn.
