8:30 AM Optional exercise ride / hack for those who stabled overnight.  Please talk to Cheryl to sign-up to participate.

10:00 AM Office/Secretary open for check in

Optional shooting instruction and practice (location TBD, will be sent out via Remind)

12:00 PM Rally Begins

Tet Briefing

*Mandatory for all competitor and parents

*Location: outside of covered area near the Office

12:15 PM Horse Management Brief

* Competitors- Bring your helmets to be checked!

1:00 PM Jog outs

1:30 PM Shooting Phase

*located in the field along the driveway entrance.  You should see the tents.

3:20 PM Competitors- gather your Pool Bag (swimwear, goggles, towel, flip flops)

Parents-  get cars ready & clean shoes, too.  No barn shoes will be allowed in pool!

3:25 PM Depart for Swimming Phase at Aiken YMCA

4:00 PM Swimming Phase  

5:30 PM Back to Barns

Feed Horses, Clean Stalls, Walk, and close up horses for the night

7:00 PM Barns Close

Optional Course Walk for Jump Rounds with Organizer

7:20 PM Taco Dinner

9:00 PM Barns open for 30 minutes OPTIONAL: night checks, grazing, walking horses

9:30 PM Lights out in barn

7:00 AM Barns open

8:00 AM Turnout Inspections begin

8:15 AM Coaches Briefing at Firepit

8:30 AM All Parent Volunteers Meet at Jump Arena

9:00 AM Jumping

Rounds 1 & 2 begin.  Rounds will be ridden back to back

12:00 PM Horse Management Ends

12:30 PM Running Phase (check messages for assigned meeting place)

1:30 PM Pizza Lunch 

2:00 PM Awards Ceremony

Rally ends- Strip stalls and head for home! Please pick up all manure, hay, and trash
